Every Monday and Tuesday, we roast our beans in our own roastery in Carlsberg Byen. We roast on a Loring Kestrel, which ensures a cleaner flavour profile and a significantly lower carbon footprint. This means your coffee is always fresh when it lands in your mailbox.

Subscription orders are shipped on Thursdays and follow the delivery frequency you selected when signing up (e.g., every 2 weeks). The beans are shipped no later than three weeks after the roast date.
We recommend letting the coffee rest for 10-12 days after the roast date to achieve the best flavour.
