Subscription terms at Original Coffee

For any subscription agreement entered into with Original Coffee ApS (hereinafter Original Coffee), the terms below apply as a supplement to the generalTerms and Conditions .

Subscription agreements with Original Coffee can only be concluded online and via www.originalcoffee.dk .

When establishing a subscription agreement with Original Coffee, a personal online profile must be created with Original Coffee. This is done via https://originalcoffee.dk/my-account/ . This is necessary so that we can continuously deliver to you, maintain automatic payment and so that you can follow and edit your subscription.

By creating a personal profile, you also give permission for Original Coffee to contact you via email with relevant information regarding your subscription.

Original Coffee collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

Subscription

When you create a subscription with Original Coffee, you simultaneously agree to the delivery of and payment for each order of goods in the quantities and with the frequency you have chosen. You also agree that Original Coffee will automatically deduct payment for each delivery and/or any cancellation fees from your payment card.

Types of subscription

Coffee bean subscription
Select the number of coffee bean bags you want delivered per time, and select the delivery frequency based on the options shown on the website. Here you also choose whether you want whole beans or ground beans. Beans purchased on a subscription are shipped a maximum of three weeks after the roasting date. There is no commitment period. The total price will be shown on the website.

Coffee capsule subscription
Select the number of boxes of coffee capsules you want delivered per time and select the delivery frequency from the options provided on the website. There is no commitment period. The total price will be shown on the website.

Termination

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time after delivery of the first order. There is no binding period for either the coffee bean or coffee capsule subscription.

Both coffee bean and coffee capsule subscriptions are continuous until the agreement is terminated by you.

Prices and products

Detailed information regarding all products available for purchase via subscription is listed at www.originalcoffee.dk . All prices include applicable VAT and taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at the completion of the order. See also the generalTerms and Conditions .

If your subscription includes a discounted price, given for a given campaign period, your subscription will be renewed at the then-current list price on www.originalcoffee.dk , including a 15% subscription discount, when the campaign period expires.

For coffee bean and coffee capsule subscriptions, you will be charged the price including the 15% subscription discount stated on www.originalcoffee.dk for the item or items in your subscription at the time your order is renewed.

Price and product changes

Original Coffee has the right to change the terms of the subscription, including, among other things, changes to the price, number of capsules and types of coffee, with reasonable notice. Price changes are made with 30 days' notice. If the change is significant, you are entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change takes effect. If you do not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, the subscription will then continue on the changed terms.

If a given product on a subscription agreement is discontinued or the product is out of stock, Original Coffee will inform you immediately with suggestions for another product or products. You will be made aware that in order for Original Coffee to process your order in a timely manner, you must report back by a specific date. Such feedback can be done via email, or by making an adjustment to the subscription yourself via your personal profile. If there is no timely response to such a request, Original Coffee will replace the given product with another product of
equivalent or better quality.

Changing subscription and payment card

You can choose a different delivery frequency and variant composition at any time. Changes must be made via your user profile. When changing payment cards, for example if the card has expired and a new card needs to be linked to the subscription, this must be done via your user profile.

Delivery

The selected order frequency will be shown in your user profile and when the order has been placed, the expected delivery date will be communicated by email. Original Coffee cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, but in the event that the expected delivery date cannot be met, Original Coffee or its partner will inform you of the change by email.
