How often does Original Coffee ship orders?

We ship your orders every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Subscription orders are shipped on Fridays.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

You can put together your subscription as you wish. On your profile you can continuously make adjustments to the delivery frequency, for example if you are going on holiday. If your payment card has expired, you can also easily update your payment information. In addition, it is also possible to change beans or capsules if you want to try something new.

How do I change my subscription?

It's easy to make changes to your subscription and update your information through your profile. Log in in the top right corner of the page. Did you create your subscription as a "guest"? Then simply create a new profile using the same email you used for the subscription. Now you can access your subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?

In your profile you can always skip a delivery, pause your subscription or simply postpone the next delivery for a few days. If you wish to cancel your subscription, this must also be done via your profile.

Please note, once your subscription order has been completed, it is considered final.

How do I return my order?

Returned goods are sent to our coffee shop on Store Kongensgade:

If you return an item to our webshop because you regret your purchase, you must pay the return shipping yourself.

Opened coffee bags, capsules and filters or used equipment are not accepted for return.

What are the rules for unregistering and canceling a barista or hand brewing and cupping course?

Unsubscribe
Period 1: If you cancel 15+ days before the course, the full amount will be refunded.

Period 2: If you cancel 14-10 days before the course, 50% of the final booked event will be refunded.

Period 3: If you cancel 9-1 days before the course, 10% of the final booked event will be refunded.

In case of cancellation or no-show on the course date, there is no refund.

How does RE-ZIP packaging work?

1. Save your RE-ZIP packaging and return the empty RE-ZIP to a parcel shop. The packaging must not be damaged.

On the packaging there is a sticker with a QR code that you can scan with the RE - ZIP app , which you can download in the App Store or Google Play, and get information about where you can drop it off at a parcel shop nearby.

2. Receive a discount coupon that gives you 1 free cup of coffee. You can show it in one of our coffee shops and get a free cup of coffee as a thank you for your sustainable choice!

NOTE: RE-ZIP can also be returned via mailbox, but it will not be possible to receive a discount coupon here.

Why use RE-ZIP and not just recycle?

Recycling is great, but unfortunately it also means that the cardboard fibers deteriorate with each recycling. For example, cardboard is only usable for egg trays after a few circulations, so it is preferable to keep the cardboard box in the same function for as long as possible – and then send it for recycling.

Can I throw the RE-ZIP box in the cardboard container?

You can, and if that's the only solution for you, just sort it like cardboard.

Is it better for the environment to use RE-ZIP instead of disposable boxes?

The short answer is, yes!

And the long answer is, yes! Because we save on cardboard resources by reusing the same box multiple times. A RE-ZIP box can be reused up to 10 times and can save the environment 87% CO2 compared to a disposable cardboard box. The first time a RE-ZIP box is reused, the CO2 footprint is reduced by 40%.
