How often does Original Coffee ship orders?

We ship your orders every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Subscription orders are shipped on Fridays.
Can I make changes to my subscription?

You can put together your subscription as you wish. On your profile, you can continuously make adjustments to the delivery frequency if, for example, you are going on holiday. If your payment card has expired, you can also easily update your payment information. In addition, it is also possible to change beans or capsules if you want to try something new.
How do I change my subscription?

It is easy to make changes to your subscription and update your information via your profile. Log in at the top right corner of the page. Did you create your subscription as a "guest"? Then simply create a new profile using the same email as you used for the subscription. Now you can access your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription?

On your profile, you can always skip a delivery, pause your subscription or simply delay the next delivery by a few days. If you wish to cancel your subscription, this must also be done via your profile.
Please note, once your subscription order has been completed, it is considered final.

What are the rules for cancelation of barista or hand brew and cupping courses?

CANCELATION BY THE GUEST
Period 1: If you cancel 15+ days before the course, the entire amount will be refunded.
Period 2: If you cancel 14-10 days before the course, 50% of the final ordered arrangement will be refunded.
Period 3: If you cancel 9-1 days before the course, 10% of the final ordered arrangement will be refunded.
In case of cancellation or no-show on the course date, there is no refund.
CANCELLATION OF THE COURSE BY OC
We reserve the right to cancel the course at least 5 days before if fewer than 2 sign up.
How does RE-ZIP packaging work?

- Save your RE-ZIP packaging and return the empty RE-ZIP to a parcel shop. The packaging must not be damaged.
On the packaging is a clip with a QR code that you can scanRE-ZIP the app, which you can download in the App Store or in Google Play and get information on where you can drop it off in a parcel shop nearby.
- Receive a discount coupon that gives you 1 free cup of coffee. You can show it in one of ours
coffee shops and get a free cup of coffee as a thank you for your sustainable choice!
NOTE: RE-ZIP can also be returned via post box, but here it will not be possible to receive a discount coupon.
Why use RE-ZIP and not just recycle?

Recycling is great, but unfortunately it also means cardboard
fibers deteriorate with each recycling. For example, cardboard is only usable to egg trays after a few circulations, and therefore it is to prefer to keep the cardboard box in the same function as long as possible – and then send it for recycling.
Can I throw the RE-ZIP box in the cardboard container?

You can do that, and if it is the only solution for you, then you sort it just like cardboard.
Is it better for the environment to use RE-ZIP rather than disposable boxes?

The short answer is: YES!
And the long answer is: YES! Because we save paper resources by reusing the same box several times. One
RE-ZIP box can be reused up to 10 times and can save the environment 87% CO2 compared to a disposable cardboard box. Already the first time one RE-ZIP box is reused, the CO2 footprint is reduced by 40%.
