Conditions

At Original Coffee we want satisfied customers, so if you have any questions or something you are dissatisfied with, you are welcome to contact us. Below you will find our terms and conditions that apply to online purchases at originalcoffee.dk

Prices

The prices listed are incl. VAT and ex. shipping. The price at the time of ordering is valid. Shipping and delivery costs are stated before your purchase is completed. Reservations are made for sold-out items and force majeure.

Shipping

Shipping is generally done with PostNord, and delivery time is expected to be between 1-3 business days in Denmark. Delivery time to addresses abroad varies.

Orders are packed Monday through Friday, and orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped the same business day. Orders received later are shipped the following business day.

Orders containing coffee are shipped as whole beans unless otherwise specified in the order, and the beans are roasted no more than 14 days prior to the shipping date. We always try to ship as freshly roasted as possible.

Cancellation and complaint

The risk of the goods passes to you as the customer when we have delivered the shipment to PostNord.

Food products are not accepted for return, which also applies to coffee beans. Not even if you have ordered ground coffee beans, but wanted whole beans. Other, intact, goods, in unopened and original packaging, can be returned up to 14 days after delivery, and the full amount ex freight will be refunded. As a customer, you will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

In addition to the above, the general rights in the Danish Sales Act apply regarding defective goods, delayed goods or goods that do not correspond to the description. In the event of errors or defects in the goods, you can complain to the email address below. You have a 2-year right of complaint from the day the goods are received.

It is a prerequisite for exercising the right to make a complaint that the detected errors or defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful conduct. You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within 2 months of discovering the defect, the complaint is always considered to be timely.

Original Coffee will pay reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified. However, we reserve the right to remedy a defect/replace with an undamaged product rather than refunding the purchase price. This means that your product will be repaired or you will be sent a new product as a replacement for the one complained about, if your complaint is justified.

If you wish to exercise your right of return and cancellation, you must notify us via email: webshop@originalcoffee.dk.

In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the goods without also clearly notifying us of this.

Payment options

Payment can be made with the most common payment cards, and MobilePay can also be used.

Privacy Policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

Your information will not be passed on or sold to third parties.

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact us on tel.: 7170 2997. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
