Prices

The stated prices are incl. VAT and ex. freight. The price at the time of ordering is valid.

Shipping and delivery costs are disclosed before your purchase is completed. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items and force majeure.

Shipment

Shipping is basically done with PostNord, and the delivery time is expected to be between 1-3 working days in Denmark. Delivery time to addresses abroad varies.

We pack Monday to Friday, and orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same weekday. Orders received later are dispatched the following weekday.

Orders containing coffee are sent as whole beans unless otherwise selected in the order, and the beans are roasted no more than 14 days before the day of dispatch. We always try to send as fresh a grid as possible.

Risk

The risk of the goods passes to you as the customer when we have delivered the shipment to PostNord.

Return and right of cancellation

Food is not returned, which therefore applies to coffee beans. Nor if you have ordered ground coffee beans, but wanted whole beans. Other, and intact, goods, in unopened and original packaging, can be returned up to 14 days after delivery, and the full amount ex freight will be refunded.

As a customer, you bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

If you wish to make use of your right of return and cancellation, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

This must be done via email: webshop@originalcoffee.dk.

In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

You must attach a copy of the invoice for the purchase.

Payment options

Payment can be made with the most common payment cards, just as MobilePay can also be used.

Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

Your information is not passed on or sold to third parties.

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us on tel.: 7170 2997. If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
