Cold Brew Brewing Guide

Cold brew is a method where you brew cold coffee or tea by letting it brew longer than usual. In fact, we recommend up to 18 hours.

The extraction takes place more slowly in the cold water and gives your coffee a different taste than the one you know from hot coffee. In this way, you get a cold coffee as well
fresh and mouth-watering sweetness.

This recipe brews 900 grams of cold coffee with a
Cold Brew Capsule from Kinto.

  1. Weigh out 55 grams of coffee and grind very roughly.
  2. Pour the coffee into the Cold Brew filter.
  3. Put the filter into the container and pour 900 grams of cold (filtered) water inside over the coffee.
  4. Leave the coffee to steep in the fridge for 18-24 hours, depending on how strong you want it.
  5. Bon appetite.
