Every Monday and Tuesday, we roast our beans in our own roastery in Carlsberg Byen. We roast on a Loring Kestrel, which ensures a cleaner flavour profile and a significantly lower carbon footprint. This means your coffee is always fresh when it lands in your mailbox.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my delivery?
Yes, through your user profile you can easily change the coffee type, quantity, or delivery week. You can also always pause your subscription if you're going on holiday.
When will the coffee be sent?
Subscription orders are sent on Thursdays and follow the delivery frequency you selected during creation (e.g., every 2 weeks). The beans are shipped no later than three weeks after the roast date.
We recommend letting the coffee rest for 10-12 days after the roast date to achieve the best flavor.
Do I get a discount as a subscriber?
Yes, with a coffee subscription you get a 15% discount.
