Moccamaster is for those of you who need a slightly larger brew.
The Moccamaster Automatic has an automatic drip stop, making the brewing process simple for you. The coffee machine makes up to 10 cups / 1.25 liters of exquisite coffee in 6 minutes.
1. Weigh 57 grams of coffee and grind it medium coarsely.
2. Place a filter in the funnel and pour some water through it to rinse it.
3. Carefully pour the coffee into the filter and shake lightly to make the surface even.
4. Weigh 1 liter of water and pour into the water tank. Turn on the machine. When all the coffee is covered with water, turn off the machine for 1 minute and let the coffee bloom.
5. Turn the machine back on until there is no more water in the container. Turn it off and shake the funnel lightly to let the last of the coffee come through. The coffee is ready.
