Brewing guide

1. Boil 750 g of water and let it stand for a few minutes so that the temperature drops to 92–95°C.

2. Weigh 45.5 g of coffee (approx. 6.5 g per 100 g of water) and grind it medium coarsely. Pour the coffee into the plunger jug and shake gently so that it is evenly distributed.

3. Place the jug on a scale and zero it. Pour 100g of water over it in about 10 seconds and stir to wet all the coffee. Wait 30 seconds.

4. Pour in the remaining 600 g of water in about 30 seconds. Remove the foam from the surface with two tablespoons. Place the filter on the plunger and let the coffee steep for 5 minutes.

5. Slowly press the plunger down. If there is resistance, wait a little longer until the plunger slides easily. The coffee is ready – approx. 700 g.
