A Mocca master is for those of you who need a slightly larger brew.
The Moccamaster Automatic has an automatic drip stop, so the brewing process becomes simple for you. The coffee machine makes up to 10 cups / 1.25 liters of exquisite coffee in 6 minutes.
This recipe brews 1 liter of coffee.
- Weigh out 57 grams of coffee and grind it medium coarse.
- Put a filter in the funnel and pour water through the filter.
- Carefully pour the coffee into the filter. Shake the filter slightly to get an even surface.
- Weigh out 1 liter of water and pour into the water container.
- Switch on the machine.
- When all the coffee is covered with water, switch off the machine for 1 minute and let the coffee "bloom".
- Turn the machine on again until there is no more water in the container.
- Switch off the machine.
- Shake the funnel a little to get the last bit through.
- Bon appetite.
