Return and Right of Cancellation

Food is not returned, which therefore applies to coffee. Other, and intact, goods, in unopened and original packaging, can be returned up to 14 days after delivery, and the full amount will be refunded. If the item is used, any depreciation will be deducted after assessment by Original Coffee.

As a customer, you bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

If you wish to make use of your right of return and cancellation, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

This must be done via email: webshop@originalcoffee.dk.

In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.

You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time clearly notifying us of this via the aforementioned email.

You must attach a copy of the invoice for the purchase.

It is also possible to exchange the product in question by physically attending the above address, but only by prior agreement.
