Chelchele is an Ethiopian filter coffee consisting of Heirloom beans from smallholders farms in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe.

The beans are processed using the "wet method". This means that the coffee berries are pressed, so that the beans are forced out and are then fermented. The beans are then washed and dired slowly and carefully. This method gives the coffee a higher level of acidity and complexity, providing a cleaner cup of coffee.
