Our Traditional Espresso is crafted for those who love the classic espresso experience. A balanced blend with body, sweetness, and a hint of acidity, rounded off by a long, smooth aftertaste. The flavor evokes dark chocolate, where depth and elegance meet in every single cup. It's our take on a timeless coffee that works equally well on its own as an espresso and in your favorite milk-based drinks.
Kasper on our traditional espresso
The blend consists of carefully selected beans from Brazil and Kenya, with 70 percent coming from South America and 30 percent from Africa. The combination creates a complex and harmonious cup with both body and vibrancy. The darker roast highlights the sweetness and gives the coffee its characteristic depth, while the natural nuances from the countries of origin still clearly emerge.
The current blend consists of coffee beans from Brazil (Rio Verde) and Kenya.
Different Arabica varieties are used. The blend currently consists of 86% beans from Brazil and 14% beans from Kenya.
The coffee is characterized by lots of sweetness, an elegant acidity, and notes of dark chocolate, dark berries, and marzipan. It has a full body and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
The text primarily focuses on the roast: The coffee is dark roasted (measured at approx. 90 Agtron) to highlight the classic espresso flavour and sweetness.
It is ideal as an espresso (single or double) and works particularly well in milk-based coffees such as latte and cappuccino.
