MORE ABOUT GICHERORI AA
This filter coffee is from the Embu region, located in the central highlands of Kenya. This area is known for having very nutritious soil - and for producing high-quality coffee. The coffee is from the Gicherori washing station, and using the wet processing method gives the coffee a bright, acidic and fruity flavor profile.
When it says AA after Gicherori, it is an indication of what quality the coffee is considered to be to have. Coffee is graded differently, depending on where in the world we look there. In Kenya, they have chosen to give letters to denote the quality. AA+ is it highest grading.
