MORE ABOUT ESTRELLA DIVINA

At Original Coffee, we offer our guests two espressos; our Traditional Espresso and what we call our Modern Espresso. We change our Modern Espresso approximately every six months, depending on how it fits with the harvest seasons around the world.

Our current Modern bean, Estrella Divina, comes from the village of Rumpite in northern Peru. Origin Coffee Lab launched the Estrella Divina project in 2017, where 72 dedicated coffee farmers collaborate to produce the absolute highest quality coffee in the region.

The name “Estrella Divina”, which means “divine star” in Spanish, refers to an exclusive blend of the Bourbon, Catuaí and Pache beans grown by these producers.

Estrella Divina is also available as an espresso.
