Cold Brew Capsule
Cold Brew is a brewing method where you brew cold coffee (or tea) over a longer time than usual, preferably over several hours. The extraction takes place more slowly in cold water than in hot, and in this way you achieve less bitterness and more sweetness in a fresh coffee experience.
The Cold Brew Capsule allows you to brew a mouth-watering and refreshing coffee at home.
For this type of brew, we recommend our Ethiopian bean which has a perfect profile for Cold Brew: a sharp balance between acidity and sweetness and fine notes of ripe strawberries. The Kenyan bean can also be used and will give a more acidic brew.
